  • Management of two or more portfolio projects of individual investors into real estate (small and middle qualified investors)
  • Management of more portfolio projects of a large institutional investor
  • Asset management of real estate fund with higher investment capacity:
    1. purchase and subsequent rent of property,
    2. construction and realization of new property with the aim of their sale or long-term rent.

    • Complex services related to implementation of property projects (finding locality, negotiating the purchase with the owner, seller or another subject, preparation of all necessary documents, legal and tax consultancy during the project, coordination of preparation and project activities, construction management, financial controlling, selection or activity of general supplier or construction supervisor, implementation of the project until the final inspection

    • Complex services in the area of real estate including the connection to BLPM - renting the building or finding a buyer.
